I’ve been experimenting with lactose-free products lately, cause I’ve been noticing that a large amount of dairy gives me slight stomach-cramps.
For few days now I feel light and stable, with nothing unwanted going on in my belly 🙂
Instructions: So, in lactose-free yogurt I have put chia seeds, mixed it with a spoon and let it be for 10 minutes. Then i added blueberries and sprinkeled it with some coconut powder.
A pinch of chia seeds on top – for a decoration 🙂
